It was ofcourse that time of the year when kids have their Holiday parties in school. I did my part to send in something really fun and loaded with sugar! Chocolate chip cookie sandwiches.
Super easy to make but big on kid appeal. I made a batch of my vanilla buttercream, making sure that is was on the stiff side so that it wouldn't ooze out of the cookies. Pipe some on one cookie, top with another cookie. I put loads of Wilton red and green sugar in a bowl, and rolled the sides of the sandwiches till they were coated.
Snowmen prefer them without sprinkles....
